30-Day Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns, and indicate that you would like to exchange the item. Damaged Items:
