Instructions:

1. Attach the host to the gel patch.
2. Remove the transparent film from the gel patch.
3. Stick the instrument on the desired area to be massaged.
4. Press the “ON/” key to turn it on, the light will be always on.
5. Press the PROGRAM button to select the desired mode.
6. Adjust the massage intensity to your preference. Press “ON/” to increase intensity, and “OFF/DEL” to decrease intensity.
